I am a faculty member with the Salt Lake City Chapter of the International Psychotherapy Institute (IPI), an associate faculty member with IPI in Washington D.C., including their psychoanalytic training program IIPT, and an adjunct instructor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Utah School of Medicine. I am experienced in working with adults (age 18 through the end of the life span), and individuals from a wide range of professional backgrounds.
I graduated from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas and have completed post-graduate advanced training in Psychoanalysis (IIPT) and Object Relations Theory and Practice at IPI in Washington, D.C. I offer psychoanalysis and psychoanalytic psychotherapy from a contemporary background in Object Relations and general psychoanalytic theory.
In addition to my experience providing psychoanalysis and psychotherapy, I have an extensive background in psychological testing. I am bilingual and can provide all services in English and Spanish.
